Just a reminder, the festivities for the 2ND ANNUAL KCJ (KALAEA CHRISTOPHER JENNINGS) MEMORIAL SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT kick off this Friday, April 17th with the pre-party/silent auction being held at San Pedro Elks Lodge at 7pm. The actual softball tournament (including the Kid’s Corner, food & sponsor booths, raffles etc.) takes place on Sunday, April 19th at Wilson Park in Torrance, CA and is an all day event. I’ll definitely be at both and I hope you’ll be too!

This 2nd Annual event is going to be an entire weekend filled with events for all ages! Beginning on Friday, April 17th, the silent auction/kick off party will be held at the San Pedro Elks Lodge. The highlight of the weekend will be on Sunday, April 19th at Wilson Park in Torrance. This is a full-fledged co-ed softball tournament for those with a competitive streak, as well as fantastic food and other family-friendly activities. Last year, this incredible first-time event raised more than $50,000 to support the Kalaea Christopher Jennings Memorial Fund at First Candle.
