We will continue to strive for excellence in our business, with our partners, with our products & services, and in our commitment to solving problems for the consumer the responsible way... the Jason Markk way.

Operating with Purpose

Jason Markk is committed to significantly reducing our environmental footprint. By the end of 2025, 100% of formulas will be certified biodegradable, USDA Biobased or EPA Safer Choice. In practical terms, this means:

  • Eliminating Single Use Plastics

Jason Markk aims to eliminate single-use plastics (plastics that are used once and thrown away i.e. bags, straws, and packaging) and plastic waste (plastics that end up in landfills or oceans and cannot be reused or recycled). By the end of 2026, we will transition to 100% reusable and refillable bottles, promoting more sustainable packaging and minimizing our environmental impact.

  • Removing Forever Chemicals

Jason Markk has eliminated all volatile organic compounds (VOCs), per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) from our product formulas.

  • Responsible Sourcing

By 2025, all chip materials will be sourced exclusively from suppliers certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), reinforcing our dedication to responsible sourcing and sustainable practices.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct

We have created a supplier code of conduct for the purpose of ensuring that our suppliers adhere to high standards of safe working conditions, fair and respectful treatment of employees, and ethical practices. Read more about our Supplier Code of Conduct here.
